Review: Kdrama Stars Falling From The Sky

Another one of those dramas that has been recommended by everyone, especially a certain friend, who cannot get enough of it. And I had read the episode recaps of this drama twice, and I already knew the main storyline. So I finally decided to watch it, and it was adorable, just really really cute.

  Okay, honestly I had a little, no, more then a little problem with the acting, the male lead was off in some scenes and the second male lead was off in many scenes. The second female lead was not that good, but not completely pathetic. The only person whose acting was really good was the lead actress, though her character was really irritating at the start, but she really does grow in the show. The best part were the kids, they acted well, especially the eldest one who was awesome and really good, Park Ji Bin, the kid could act. The rest of the child actors were really good too.

  The drama starred Kim Ji Hoon as the lead male character, a heartless and cold insurance lawyer. Choi Jung Won is the female lead, who at the start is an irresponsible FC at an insurance firm, whose dream is to marry the lawyer of the firm, but all that changes when she loses her parents and has to take care of her five siblings. Shin Dong Wook is the side character, who is the younger brother of the cold lawyer, works at the firm and is much nicer but is in love with a childhood family friend, played by Chae Young In, who is head over heels in love with his older cold lawyer brother.

  Amidst this in her crisis our female lead ends up at the house of the lawyer from her firm, who shares it with his brother and nephew, as their housemaid and of course along with her five younger siblings. And that starts a series of events, leading to a love cycle which is indeed confusing but made awesome by the little kids involved in the middle.
  The soundtrack is fun to hear and the story is interesting too, though at times really cliched. Lets just say, though there are many loop holes it is still a very cute drama....so Stars Falling From The Sky is a drama that makes for a great watch and in fact is a drama one might be able to see a few times more.
